I’m really disappointed with my experience at Captain D’s. I ordered the blackened white fish, but when I got home, the fish barely had any blackening seasoning on it at all — it was still mostly white. I called the restaurant to politely let them know and asked if they could remake it correctly. I then drove 30 minutes back to the restaurant just for the replacement fish to look exactly the same as the first one. At that point, it felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously at all. I understand mistakes happen, but if a customer takes the time to call respectfully and drive all the way back, the issue should actually be corrected. Very frustrating experience and a waste of time and gas. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It's sad captain ds charging for a extra sauce when the fish requires you to have extra sauce because of how long it is. The cup of sauce is too small for the fish they serve. Cutting back on Captain Ds the sauce is too expensive.
