Fish was cold, and looked like grease needed changing (black burns on it). They were out of white fish, and the tilapia was rubbery. Ordered Dt Dr pepper and was out of it also. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Starting with full disclosure: my frustration lies not with the evening shift team but squarely with upper management. Here's the breakdown: 1. DoorDash listed the wrong restaurant – it's Captain D's, not Catfish Kitchen. 2. Upon arrival, my order wasn't prepared because of inadequate prep work. 3. They were out of practically everything! 4. Despite evening shift requests, the main office refuses to cooperate with their requests to restock items for the evening rush. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
