I have been to Capt. Jack's a few times now, and there is a reason I will keep coming back. It is, hands down, the best brisket I have ever had- tender, juicy, and tasty. The collard greens remind me of the ones I used to get routinely down in GA, and the mac and cheese is the new standard. Couple all of that delicious food with fast, friendly service and a true family atmosphere, and Captain Jack's BBQ has quickly become my favorite resturant in the area. I honestly can't wait to go back and try the pizza; I ended up kicking myself for getting brisket after I saw another customer's pizza being delivered to their table. Be sure to give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
