This place was just a little building that didn't look like much, but WOW! What a stick of dinomite [because, like dinomite very big explosions can come in very small packages]! The service was spectacular, even though we arrived from Carson City just before they were closing. Even from outside the windows as we approached we never saw so much as a hint of the usual drop shoulder pouting that so many other places openly show two hours till closing. No ma'am! Totally professional and about as friendly as the family we were in route to visit [ my awesome parents ]. The ONLY thing a can say against this truly one of a kind place is "location", and it's because the whole group with me that day wishes it was located closer to our home! That however, is why Captain Jack's Stronghold is a MUST STOP! If you don't travel that route daily you may miss out not stopping at least once.
