Weaknesses:
No music, and TVs are muted
They dont serve or pour the morroccan tea properly.
The staff dont hold notes they just memorise your orders by heart and sometimes forget what you asked for. They didnt bring cup for water.
Strength:
They have shisha and its good, but the pipe they use are some what wide which doesnt let you enjoy alot the smoking, better ask for filter "mabsam".
The decor is kind of good, the statues are nice.
They have Huawei charger! Which is uncommon here in al ain.
The service was slow and definitely not the best.
I do enjoy the toasted sandwiches and have tried the tuna, chicken mayo and cheese & tomato which were all good.
