Went for a quick lunch and had the dumpling soup. Dumplings were tender and homemade. I want to go back and try some other foods, some of them take longer so the owner said you can call ahead so it’ll be ready for you when you come in. My husband and I visited Caravan Café today for lunch, and we loved it! The food is incredibly authentic—true Central Asian flavours that are hard to find in Calgary. We had the chuchvara soup, lamb and chicken samsa, and the honey cake, and everything was so tasty. The owner is very hospitable, and the café itself is beautifully decorated and cozy. Highly recommend if you want amazing food and warm, welcoming vibes!
