Went for a special event during the day (I understand regular hours do NOT include lunch). Buffet included salads beautifully presented, hummus and pitas, stuffed grape leaves, chicken nuggets (roasted), and two types of rice. Owners were welcoming.

Fun place. Super chill atmosphere. The food feels home cooked and exotic at the same time.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon with a group of six. Poor service. Asked my female server for a container for my leftovers. Waited 10 minutes and asked her again. She snapped at me and said "yeah In minute!". 5 min later...nothing. so I asked one of the bus staff. She was very nice and gave me a container, which was at the counter behind me. It took her 2 seconds.I went to speak to the manager and another server "Boped" told me he was busy. If a manager is too busy to speak to a dissatisfied customer then he does not care that his servers are abusing his customers. I will never come back to Caravan. The food was good but my server lacked common courtesy. I can certainly take my group and money to any of the many establishments in that area, where the managers have time to talk to their customers.
