I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your outlet (Rathmalana) today. I purchased a cashew bar and an iced coffee. Initially, the cashier handed me the coffee and selected a cashew bar from the display, placed it in a paper bag, and completed the billing. However, immediately after the payment, she took back the cashew bar and replaced it with another one, stating that the original item had been reserved for another customer. Upon checking, I noticed that the replacement product was due to expire on the 27th, which is only two days away. As this product is usually consumed over a few days by my child, I was concerned about its freshness. The original item I was first given had a later expiry date (31st of this month), which would have been more suitable. When I raised this concern and requested the original item, I felt uncomfortable with the response I received. I also mentioned that I would consider making a complaint, but I was told there was no issue. Although I eventually received the original product, the overall experience was quite unpleasant. As a regular customer who purchases your products frequently (around 4–5 packs per month), this was disappointing. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better customer service in the future.
