I think the pizza here is some of the best in the area. Really nice crisp yet chewy crust, delicious sauce + toppings and decently sized. I do believe better than some very popular options such as Crate in Hackney Wick or Ace in Victoria Park Village. Leaving this review because it seems no one ever comes here and it’s a bit of a shame. The name Carbobar is really quite bad imo but let’s collectively decide they named it that ironically and just come anyways since the food is genuinely good? Also every weekday they have happy hour 4-8pm - cocktails are £7.50
