First time visiting this restaurant yesterday. We hosted a work dinner for 35 people, and it was an amazing experience. Our event planner Luigi was responsive and helpful throughout the planning. When we arrived on-site the GM and staff were ready for us, and the service was excellent. Everyone was kind and attentive. We opted for a prefix menu, the food was exceptional and they created delicious cocktails for us. I highly recommend considering Carbon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to Carbon Chicago for happy hour and had such a great time! The $8 martinis and $10 sliders were such a great deal, and everything was delicious. We loved the atmosphere—it’s stylish, lively, and such a fun spot for happy hour. Service was a little slow during our visit, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30
