Recommend highly by others well in town but the experience was awful. Waited 20 minutes after the pizza was done to get my wings. The man on wings was screaming frantically at all the young ladies upfront. I wasn’t given anything to accommodate waiting for my order. The lobby was packed with others also waiting. Very hectic very small place. Pizza was cold by the time I got home. Customer service of the ladies up front was not bad but the gentleman who was taking care of my wings a whole different story. I will not be going back there anytime soon as family businesses should not be a hostile environment that blatantly affects the customers. If you want to try it out I do not recommend going on a weekend day. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed. Told over phone that they were busy, expect 30 minutes. Ok, understandable. Showed up 30 minutes later—pizza is ready but wings were not even started. Waited over 25 minutes in store for the wings, but I had already paid and told could not get a refund. By the time the wings were finally ready the pizza and pizza logs were cold. No apology offered from staff or offer to remake anything. With so many other competitors in town, cold pizza and late wings doesn’t cut it.
