Great local restaurant with delicious well-proportioned dishes stewed goat my favorite (seco de chiva) clean washrooms right by Quito’s City Hall which was what first ceuhhy my attention the packed lunch crowds if office workers / civil servants I home here every time I am in Quito since I first discovered in my first visit to Ecuador in May 2021 tight after the Covid lockdowns ended Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
