I was completely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I specifically ordered a non-spicy dish, but it was served with way too much spice. The staff member handling the order tickets in the kitchen—a gentleman wearing a (pagri)—was incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. Even though we clearly specified exactly what we wanted, his attitude after taking the order ticket into the kitchen was highly unprofessional. If you are working in hospitality, you need to learn how to treat customers with respect and prepare the food according to their requests, not your own mood. J'ai été totalement déçu par le service de ce restaurant. J'avais spécifiquement commandé un plat non épicé, mais on m'a servi quelque chose de bien trop pimenté. Le membre du personnel qui gérait les bons de commande en cuisine—un monsieur portant un (pagri)—s'est montré incroyablement dédaigneux et irrespectueux. Bien que nous ayons clairement spécifié ce que nous voulions, son attitude après avoir apporté le bon en cuisine a été très peu professionnelle. Quand on travaille dans la restauration, il faut apprendre à traiter les clients avec respect et à préparer les plats selon leurs demandes, et non selon sa propre humeur. Respected guests, this is totally unfair to rationaly point to some one. the food you ordered was mild Mediuim, which is the case with all krahai disches. If there was something wrong you should have asked the service staff to replace it or change the order. We respect your comments to provide better service,but at the same time you have no right to judge someone without any conversation and without any interaction this is purely racist.We are more than happy to serve you better, but this type of unethical behavior is not acceptable. Thanks

High quality food. Great service from start to finish. Great, central location. Can't fault it any way. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40 Vegetarian options: Good and varied selection available. We chose two different vegetarian options; both were terrific.
