The service was exeptional from confirming my booking with navid to dinning and being served by basem. Very good people. They made sure that i was enjoying my meal. Basem was very professional and he is master of what he is doing. basem served tasty and delicious food especially the lobster. Ambiance was a little outdated and a little old for my preference. The fettuccine pasta and the ravioli they serve were very good. It's worth trying out. The drinks were not very impressive and were very mild with a Lotta ice. carisma is running discounts on every Saturday . So it would be worth visiting this place on Saturdays.
