I had such a fantastic time cupcake decorating with Carrie! She was absolutely amazing—so patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Carrie explained every step clearly, demonstrated each technique, and answered all my questions along the way. By the end of the session, I had created 12 beautiful cupcakes that not only looked professional but tasted delicious too! I learned so many new skills and left feeling confident and inspired to keep decorating at home. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in cupcake decorating, whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your skills. Thank you, Carrie, for such a fun and rewarding experience!

I booked in to do different courses with Carrie and from the get go she has been so helpful and patient. I had previously done a cookie decorating course with her and at the time mentioned I wanted to improve my skills in baking generally. She asked me to send a list of what I wanted to do, and she came back with a course list and prices for all of it, even providing offers for doing them all in one go. She has been very patient with me and her instructions are very clear. Nothing is a problem or a silly question (trust me I asked lots of questions). Even when I wanted to stop and write some notes down she didn’t mind. I came home with some amazing creations and the confidence to keep practicing now I have Carrie has shown me the way. I would recommend Carrie to anyone who wants to learn to bake or want to improve their skills. I will be booking more courses with her very soon

Caritas cake design were the best company to have gone with, stunning cake design and size, beautiful candles next to it, fabulous people to work next to, to design the art piece to complete the day.
