Carlo is, without a doubt, one of the finest seafood restaurants in Riccione. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for a second visit during our stay. The quality of the seafood was simply outstanding. We shared an exceptional selection of pesce crudo, perfectly prepared Saint-Jacques scallops, sweet Mediterranean scampi, and fresh mussels cooked in a delicate white wine sauce. Every dish showcased the freshness of the ingredients and the chef’s respect for classic Italian seafood cuisine. The Champagne selection deserves special recognition. We had the pleasure of enjoying Bollinger, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, and Laurent-Perrier—an impressive selection that is rarely found in one restaurant and perfectly complements the menu. Service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is elegant, relaxed, and exactly what you hope for when dining on the Adriatic coast. If you appreciate world-class seafood, outstanding Champagne, and flawless hospitality, Carlo is an absolute must-visit. We can’t wait to return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
