Service is OK. I have one complaint always that your shawarma bread base is always hard. Because you guys put in the warm container and cover it. I am old man difficult to chew. We have 6 shawarma , only one was with fresh bread the rest was from warm container. The server attitude is OK. You can take 50 cent extra and keep the client wait for 10-15 min but give fresh bread. That way client will be happy. Service: Take out Price per person: CA$70–80 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Shawarma

The pizza is a 1.5/10. Probably the weakest I've had. You'd be better off with a frozen pizza, and definitely a nearby place like Venice. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

First time ordering from here was on Superbowl Sunday, I honestly expected it to be chaotic. It was the exact opposite, our order was ready on time and it was perfection. Even though you could tell they were crazy busy, the workers were super friendly and still reviewed the order with us before we left. As for the quality of the food, it blew away our expectations. We had a small gathering for Superbowl, and everyone who had the pizza or wings was asking where we got it from. Carlo's Pizza & Grill will be our go to takeout place from now on. Side note - we didn't get the poutine but saw someone else leaving with it and it looked absolutely incredible. Will definitely be trying it next time!
