I just stop to eat in this place on a Sunday afternoon, my family and I were super hungry and the food here is very disappointing everything cold and seems that they have the stuff ready ( Nothing fresh) and like I say usually when you are extremely hungry everything taste woow this place not even like that. Needs manegment attention. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The Alpine location re-uses oil too long. It is acrid, rancid. It gives their french fries, zucchini, etc. a bitter and unpalatable flavor. Yuck!! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Tried to read the breakfast menu. It flashed on the board for less than 5 seconds. Then it changed to an ad for a longer period of time. I became frustrated so I left. I hope all Carl's Jr. aren't like that. It appears the company is more interested in an add than providing the customer with support in ordering. To top it off, when the employee was aware of the situation, she wasn't even concerned or apologized. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
