Here's a version tailored for Carl's Jr.: Writing I would like to share my experience at your Carl's Jr. restaurant on Saturday, July 18. My family and I had spent the entire day at the beach, and we arrived at the restaurant around 9:00 p.m. We placed our order at approximately 9:10–9:15 p.m. Unfortunately, after waiting more than 40 minutes, our food was still not ready. When we first arrived, there were two employees working—one at the register and one in the kitchen. Around 9:30 p.m., the other employee left, leaving Ann to handle the entire restaurant by herself. Despite being under a lot of pressure, Ann remained polite and did her best to help every customer. I appreciate her effort because the situation was clearly beyond her control. After waiting over 40 minutes, I asked if I could cancel my order. Ann tried to process the cancellation but was unable to do so. She advised me to contact the manager on Monday to request a refund. Since my family, including my children, had already waited so long after spending the whole day at the beach, we had no choice but to leave without our food. This was one of the worst experiences we have had at a Carl's Jr. restaurant. My complaint is not about Ann—she worked hard and did everything she could. The problem was that she was left alone to manage the entire restaurant, which resulted in excessive wait times and poor customer service. I am requesting a full refund for my order, and I hope this staffing issue is addressed so that other customers do not have the same experience. I hope Carl's Jr. will review this incident, recognize Ann for her professionalism, and ensure their restaurants are adequately staffed in the future. We were ordering late and waiting for them to finish shift change because they cant take orders while they do that. We ordered the 5.99 choose your own bag deal, the sign said it was avilable from 8pm-close. Then we were told since in the time it took us to order, it was past 11, 11:02 at the time, we could no longer get the deal. Your inability to offer service during your open hours and your misleading signage are what caused us to be ordering past 11. And we started our order before 11 I was just asking questions about drinks because wed never been to a Carls Jr. Mind you no one else was here, shouldve been our first clue. Id save your money and go to a Mcdonalds, atleast itll be staffed, and theyll honor the deals they offer. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
