We were ordering late and waiting for them to finish shift change because they cant take orders while they do that. We ordered the 5.99 choose your own bag deal, the sign said it was avilable from 8pm-close. Then we were told since in the time it took us to order, it was past 11, 11:02 at the time, we could no longer get the deal. Your inability to offer service during your open hours and your misleading signage are what caused us to be ordering past 11. And we started our order before 11 I was just asking questions about drinks because wed never been to a Carls Jr. Mind you no one else was here, shouldve been our first clue. Id save your money and go to a Mcdonalds, atleast itll be staffed, and theyll honor the deals they offer. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went through the drive through. Very courteous and meat was fresh and juicy. I hadn't been to Carl's Jr. in over a decade so it was nice the flavor was still there Food: 5 Service: 5
