the lady who was talking my order was quite rude and pushy even though there was no one in line or in the store. they have also messed up my order on 2 occasions now Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Doesn’t take Carl’s Jr. app, complete waste of my time. I pulled up the QR code, they scanned it, they told me they couldn’t get it to “ identify user” lol I proceeded to show them I was using the app correctly and the promo was valid, get your promos straight before you lose another customer. I won’t be coming back ever and will be telling others not to go Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
