The staff working the counter yell and scream a lot at each other when taking orders which can make it hard to have a quiet relaxing moment. However, the restaurant was very clean, and there were TV's with local information and news. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

ALL the other Carls Jrs in the US offer a military discount..EXCEPT HERE. A lady that works here said the manager said to stop doing it.. OBVIOUSLY THAT CARL/ KAREN MANAGER HAS NEVER SERVED SO I DONT ORDER! LOSERS I spent 0 dollars and went into El Reno

THESE Carl's Jr. employees helped redeem your company's name in my eyes! Especially after the terrible experience I had in Falcon, CO yesterday.I typically order the same thing each time, with apprehension of course, because it's a special order. Well, Emily didn't flinch when I explained my order. Even after I muddled up the order this time, she still professionally and very politely took the order. As I was filling my cup, I looked at my receipt and couldn't see one of my requests. I immediately tried to find Emily or anyone, to be sure that my order was correct. The only person I could see happened to be the young man who was making my order. Without hesitation, he stopped what he was doing and politely approached me to see if he could (most grill crew couldn't be bothered) help. He then explained the codes on the receipt and I realized that he had it well in hand.In a short time, Emily was handing me a bag of fresh hot fries & onion rings with a perfectly prepared special order burger! And mind you, the container of fries looked like the ad picture, not half filled like happens all too often. Those two young employees are the high standard that I expect from Carl's Jr. Thanks for making this driver's night far better than last night.
