I like the food at Carl's Jr. This location on Foothill is very clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a very large seating area with many tables and chairs for guests. It's unusually spacious for a fast food establishment. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fries, Sandwich

New western bacon chicken sandwhich was really good came out fresh, but I got to the last quarter of my sandwhich and there was no chicken left, idk if they gave me a small piece or whatever but I was not happy Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I was helped by Michael and my service was horrible. Not only was I missing half of my food but once I went back for it they didn’t want to replace everything missing and had a bad attitude about it. I asked for a manager who’s Elizabeth they said she’s off. She will not be returning for night and was unreachable until next day. If I could give 0 stars I would. Even after getting what they wanted to give me back plus eye rolls and head shakes and another long wait my order it wasnt fresh. One meal went without a cheeseburger I paid for because he didn’t want to replace it because he knew he put there but yet half of my order was missing and that went unnoticed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
