As soon as we got to the drive thru speaker we were met with a very crappy "what do you need?" We order and my husband very clearly said zero sugar coke pull away from the window and our fries are cold and my husband had a regular coke in which he cannot have for medical reasons. The lady taking orders needs to learn what costumer service is or just needs to be fired, honestly. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

WE LOVE CARLS JR. and have ordered the Famous star for years. I bought 2, my wife 1 and my mother in law 1 at the drive thru today. They were bland and the lettuce tasted old. I've NEVER had a Famous Star I didn't like except for today. I ate one and gave the other one to my dog. We won't be going to this Carls again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1
