It says open 24 hours, but when I went there, the worker told me they were closed. I went through the drive thru, by the way. There were even signs lit up that said it was open 24 hours. I don’t want to think the worst of people but if the hours aren’t correct, please correct them.

Me and my 18yr old niece were coming back from the Coachella Festival around 11:30pm. As we walked around there were no open food places besides Carl's Jr. So we decided to go there because their sign says they are open 24/7. Me and my niece are from out of town, and we did not have a rental car, we had to travel on feet. As we walked up to the drive thru, no one took our order, and no one even spoke to us. We were confused because the sign said "Open 24 hours." So we decided to just walk to the window so they could take our order. We were told they ONLY take orders with cars. I let them know that we weren't from around here and we had no car, and we were very hungry. The manager, by the name of Ivan (if that is his real name), told us Carl Jr. Policy says they can only take car order. I politely told him, it's just me and my niece. We just needed some food for the night. He was very rude and said NO and then slammed the window. Again, very rude. So I opened the window to ask for his last name as well so I could speak to a manager about their car only the policy he was speaking about. Then he threatened to call the cops on me and my niece because I opened the window to ask for additional information. If this is a policy, signs need to be put up, especially if this happens on more than one occasion. Me and my niece were not able to get food that night. I was very polite but the manager was very rude. We are paying customers just like anyone else, I just don't like the way it was handled. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
