In my last visit 2 months ago, my burguer was raw!!! The service in Carl's Jr. used to be good, but currently the service is completely awful! I liked the burguers, but in this chance it was raw. I spoke with the manager to order another burguer, and this was raw too!!! Finally the manager was absolutely rude. I will never come back.
