Legit WORST CUSTMER SERVICE not only did they get my order wrong TWICE, but I had to pay for thier mistake. I ordered a back western burger and then they gave me two FISH SANDWICHES. when I checked the bag and told them they said I would have to pay for the burger and wouldn't refund the two fish sandwiches AND THEN THEY GAVE ME DIET COKE when I asked for WATER. Like dude get it together. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Maria on 3/4/26 kept the place clean and not only serviced me well, I have over heard a woman in shock the Maria hand delivered her food to her. I love coming to this Carl's Jr. location, at 6061 Van Buren, in Riverside. The number one reason is because of Christian, the cashier! His big smile and pleasant demeanor are always welcoming. He's a natural at making a customer's experience a very positive one. The food orders are prepared quickly and never disappoint. I'm keenly aware and like to outstanding customer service. He gets an A+++ and is definitely an asset to Carl's Jr.! I shared this with his professional Manager, Maria, who thanked me for the feedback and also agreed. PS the place is very comfortable, climate-controlled and super clean!
