8 March 2026 I’m writing to express my disappointment with our experience at your store tonight. We waited in the drive thru for approx 20 minutes, yet no staff member came out to provide even a brief courtesy update to explain the delay or inform customers that food was still being prepared. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was equally disappointing. The chocolate milkshakes had little to no chocolate flavour and tasted extremely watered down with milk. The burgers themselves were inedible. In the end, we had no choice but to throw away our entire order, which cost close to $100. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Given that the store did not appear particularly busy, it raises concerns about food preparation standards and overall customer service. I strongly encourage management to review staff training, communication with customers during delays, and food quality standards. Experiences like this make it easy to understand why the store appears to be getting quieter. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today we went to Carls Jr for an afternoon snack! The lovely server, Tiara, was so amazing and accomodating. She was super bubbly and efficient, really making it a great experience. Thank you Tiara, we will be coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Only 2 staff on a Sunday night, not allowed in restaurant, drive through only. They got order in front of us wrong and my order. No bins for eating outside. Closed up before 7pm. Do better management Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
