My daughter celebrated her 16th birthday with her friends at Carls Jr and the experience was amazing. Special thanks to Faye for organizing everything so smoothly, and to Maria and Rose, for helping with the set up and for making the celebration extra special. The girls loved the personal touch, the birthday song and the vouchers for our trivia questions. Thank you to the wonderful team. We really appreciate it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food took forever to come One very cold burger. Not even Luke warm just cold. Service was terrible. I asked for a receipt and the young girl couldn't actually string a sentence just said ah ah, sorry I don't know so went to someone else but they could not give me one. Manager needed to put in the admin code and asked my number, gave it to her then she waved her hand as if to say shoe, as she talked to the drive through customer. I just walked away. I won't be coming back. Sadly this is the worst time being here and won't come back to this carls jr again. Price per person: NZ$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Carl's Jr. Rotorua needs to get it's hygiene in order.Burgers and food were as good as always and the service nice n' zippy, but we walked in the place midday-ish on Sunday and had to clean our own table. Place wasn't even that busy with only 5 couples in there.Kids even complained about chewing gum stuck under the tables. We were there just over 20 mins and the other tables didn't get a wipe, with new customers having to do the same as us. Hopefully not a reflection of the hygiene in the kitchen.Sharpen up!
