I only asked for something simple, I asked for el diablo burger and they gave me a burger that does not look like the soda tastes like medecine and the customer service was not even good. This is the the third time this happens and the last one, because I would never go here again with my family. I was trying to give this place another opportunity but going 3 times and getting the same results is just crazy. I thought I was ordering wrong but the Soledad Carl's Jr always gets it right. Honestly, if you can go to other place just go. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First when I arrived to the store I was not greeted neither by the front person nor the manager after being there for more than 10 minutes trying to pick up my iced coffee the front girl just said I’ll help you right now but she kept doing something else by the drive thru area the manager was going to back and never asked me if I been helped and I told her I am waiting for my iced coffee and she asked me if I wanted to order it and I told her is a mobile order my name was in my phone I was showing her and when she gave me the drink I left to my car and opened to inspected before drinking it and right away I saw an ice nine with white stuff in it I was so disgusted and threw that away.
