Overrated The food was not edible it had a lot of fat on it for the price crummy service his hours weren’t any good at all he used to be open on Sundays and all suddenly stopped had lousy hours for the people that did go thereVery much overrated

Carl from what I've heard is cooking in a gas oven and then he tosses your bbq onto his grill for a few minutes for grill marks. You never see the bbq pit out side cooking anything at all. There used to be smoke coming out of there at least 3 days a week and now NEVER...Kinda sad because it was some of the best bbq in middle Tennessee.
