Visit this restaurant to have a meal if you feel hungry after gazing at The Ross County Historical Society. The truth is that you will really enjoy nicely cooked double cheeseburgers, grilled chicken and onion strings. Come here and order good blueberry pie, waffles and pancakes. This place is great! The food is cheap and the service is amazing! They are always friendly and everything tastes amazing Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Hamburger Basket, Double Cheeseburger Basket

First, you will find the absolute RUDEST waitresses in of all of Chillicothe at Carls Townhouse. The absolute worse!!!! Every single one of them will make your day worse guaranteed. If you order delivery from Car'ls.... good luck. They are NEVER on time. NEVER. Most of the time you have to wait 20-30 minutes, even if there are no customers, you WILL WAIT AN UNGODLY AMOUNT OF TIME for any and all orders from Carl's. Because they simply don't care. Especially if you are a Door Dasher. They treat Door Dashers like garbage 100% of the time for no reason at all. Simply because the employees there are too busy 1. On their cell phone. 2. Chit chatting away with another worker not paying attention to actual paying customers And 3. Standing around pretending to look busy. I refuse to do any business with Carl's. I definitely HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED Carl's to anyone. And I will continue to let everyone know that if you genuinely want a good dining experience AVOID CARL'S TOWNHOUSE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Unless you want to be treated like garbage ALSO, THIS IS A REVIEW AFTER ALMOST 20 VISITS. NOT 1 THING HAS CHANGED!
