Normally the burgers are good. However, today I asked for well-done meat three times while ordering two burgers. The inside of the meat was completely raw. Are you trying to make someone sick? Look at the patty I have to cook myself. You can do better Carmelita's. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I go here pretty frequently, the food and service is consistently great. Never had a bad meal, would definitely recommend. Probably the best Mediterranean food in Santa Fe. We LOVE everything about Carmelitas in Eldorado especially Carmelita!!! She's so friendly, helpful, and takes care of us like we are VIPs every singe time we visit! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is amazing, and the location is awesome. 5 stars isn't enough. We give them a 100!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
