A very unfortunate event happened, I found a piece of glass in the pizza dough, luckily I spat it out so I didn't have any serious consequences. But what if it had happened to a child instead of me? Another pizzeria to be counted among those that make mistakes on a basic basis. I noticed that they also put some oil before going into the oven. Bad. It is not placed at the entrance of the oven but at the exit, due to the smoke point issue. The high temperatures of the wood-fired oven (well above 250°C) exceed the smoke point of the oil, burning it or, in the best case scenario, altering it even with the release of unhealthy substances. And where are the pizzerias that let you choose the type of oil based on the type of pizza. Given how pizzas cost today, you can make an effort. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
