We had such a great dinner here and will definitely be back! We started with espresso martinis, craft cocktails, and the shrimp appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. As someone who’s gluten-free, I really appreciated how accommodating the staff was. They brought out gluten-free bread without any issues, and they were also able to make the red snapper with risotto dairy-free and gluten-free. We also ordered the $40 steak special, and it was fantastic. The sauce was incredible, the steak was cooked perfectly to our requested temperature, and it was so flavorful, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth soft. The broccolini was perfectly cooked and rounded out the dish beautifully. Beyond the food, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The ambiance was adorable-we’re always suckers for colorful lighting and a great atmosphere, and this place absolutely delivered. Can’t wait to come back! Glad that we finally made it here to try Carne out. The server was excellent and did a great job explaining the menu. We started off with the carne asada fries, everything on them were amazing except the fries were a little oily and soggy 7/10. We also started off with one of the salads, excellent 9/10. For our entrees we had the chicken, very delicious 8.5/10. We also had the 7x wagyu steak which for the price was a real disappointment. The steak was not cooked evenly, it felt a little tough and some spots were overcooked 4.5/10. The sauces that came with it were a nice touch, we really loved the chimichuri. We also had the black garlic gnocchi and found it to be fairly mushy and bland with a mild taste of onion 5/10. We look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu but had mixed feelings about our meal last night. Price per person: $90–100 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I traveled to Denver for our anniversary. We had booked our stay at a lovely boutique hotel in the RiNo area of Denver and I am so happy we did. The area itself is fun and lively, but the best part is it brought us to Carne. This modern steakhouse became one of the best memories of our trip and we literally stumbled upon it as we were walking through the neighborhood. We are so thankful to our server Jesica who made amazing menu recommendations. From the Gambas Al Ajillo and Mixed Green Salad to the Green Chili Cheese Potatoes and Seasonal Risotto you could not go wrong with any of the Party Plates. The true stars were the cocktails made by Oscar and that delicious Pollo Asado. We thought we were going to have dinner and then go somewhere else for drinks, we were mistaken. Oscar pulled us back in with his Tiny Dancers. Everyone was lovely and made us feel so welcome. They did an amazing job caring and making me feel safe with my many food allergies. My only regret is that we don’t live in Colorado and cannot frequent Carne RiNo. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Amazing with food allergies
