Carnitas Michoacán is my go to spot when I'm in the valley. The food is so good and consistent. I've had the asada burrito and asada tacos. The meat is so tender and the taste is out of this world. The staff is always super friendly. I suggest calling ahead because sometimes the wait can take a while when ordering on site.
