We visited Ponce from Massachusetts recently and this place was the only and best place for us -- as we mostly eat vegetarian, are gluten-free, and appreciate fresh and healthy food. Restaurants offering good salads, gluten-free items, and fresh juices seem to be quite rare here. We were SO happy to have access to Carotenos, and ordered from here 3 times on our trip.
