Had these at the ROC airport. Quality control is lacking, as the cookies were stale feeling. They lacked butter and cheaped out by adding shortening. Do not recommend.

Hi Nick, I am sorry you were disappointed in our cookies. I wish you mentioned which flavor you had as I would have addressed it with the management at the ROC to see if there were any complaints or issues with other cookies. All our cookies are made by hand and with great care and we do not skimp on ingredients. Generally, all of our recipes contain both butter and Crisco (excluding peanut butter which is all butter). I would love the opportunity to try our cookies again. Please send me a direct email and I will be happy to ship them to you.

Carousel cookies catered our son’s graduation party and the cookies were unbelievable! Everyone went wild over them! Can’t wait to order for the holidays!
