"I am very sorry to have to write a negative review about El Oasis restaurant. We used to frequent this place, but lately our experience leaves a lot to be desired. The menu is varied, but only on the third attempt did we manage to place the order, as the mentioned dishes were not available. The waiting time for the order is always at least 40 minutes, which is definitely too long. Additionally, we discovered that the restaurant deceives customers by offering an additional side dish for an extra charge, even if the ordered dish already includes a side dish. This is a dishonest practice as they do not inform customers of this beforehand and simply add an extra cost to the bill. Furthermore, the quality of the dishes leaves a lot to be desired. Yesterday we ordered a Milanese and it turned out to be so hard and inedible that it looked like the sole of a shoe. It was really disappointing.
