Cooks at this bbq do their best to provide guests with good BBQ ribs, pork rolls and Bbq pork ribs. Come here for nicely cooked banana pudding, brownies and peach cobbler if you are hungry. Most likely, you'll return to Carroll's Barbeque later to degust delicious beer. Great ice tea is served - try and enjoy.

Came in on a Thursday evening. Amazing and friendly service. Awesome section of sides and meats. We were texting our buddies how good it was (and they missed out) hope to return next time we are in Blue Ridge. Food: 5 Service: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Carroll's Barbeque was busy when we arrived, but we ordered and got our food shortly afterwards. The pork sandwich was great and we got sweet potato fries with our meal. I'm sure we will dine in again. The lunch meals offer a great bargain. Friendly staff. There is a lot of parking available. I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed in this meal. The BBQ sauce was not home maked as most BBQ sauce is, it came from a jar. The Brunswick stew was more of wildness stew for survival. Will not be returning.
