Start by complimenting the owner but also the staff! The thoughtfulness, the care with which we were welcomed and served is unique. I ate the best Cacio e Pepe of my life! I am a lover of cacio e pepe! Revisited with prawn tartare. Explosive, with attention to detail and flavour. FABULOUS appetizer! Too bad I didn't take the photo, made up of many small bowls with different tartares, octopus, baby octopus, mussels and clams with a unique flavour. I must admit that it was a great discovery for me. A succulent and experiential lunch. The Chef was excellent, but also the waiter who served us. Very affable, friendly, kind owner. VERY CLEAN place! Very serene environment, with soft colors and relaxing! I'll be back for sure! Congratulations to all the staff; 10 stars wouldn't be enough! J.S.
