The worst service in Brasília, with a certain advantage. I've had the opportunity to come a few times and it's always stressful to get service. The food is actually good, but it is usually cold, wrong or missing something. Owners should worry at least about having a sufficient and trained team.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, the tables are not close to each other. The environment is air-conditioned and pleasant. You order from the table, after looking at the digital menu and ask the servers. Or take the products and go to the checkout. We ordered two cappuccinos, cheese bread and a strawberry pie at the table. They arrived quickly, impeccable and with some details enhancing the items, a spread with cheese and strawberry jam, not very sweet. The pie is delicious, not sweet or cloying. And as soon as you want to pay, just call the same order attendant, we have coffee and pay within 15 minutes, due to another commitment. But we will come back more often and more calmly.

My experience at Casa Almeria was disappointing. Beautiful, pleasant place, wonderful smell, lots of people. Waiting for tickets was very quick (4 minutes). Sat down at 11:50 am. Then it took about 10 minutes for someone to answer me. A girl with her hands full, trays and plates. Extremely polite. I placed my order. She helped me. Everything seemed to be going well. At 12:15 the kind attendant came back and informed me that breakfast would be over, but that the manager had released it for me, but it would take a while... morning. The House advertises a brunch-like experience. So, in order not to aggravate the delay any longer, I ordered the lunch menu, at Restaurant Week. The salad arrived at 12:40 - the leaves very good. The piece of pamonha was the size of a chewing gum (again, the advertisement did not correspond). The main course arrived 5 minutes later (a compensation, the meat was very good). I asked for lemon juice on the side, delicious. However, as the delay persisted, at 1:12 pm I asked them to pack the dessert - I preferred to take it. The atmosphere is very pleasant, but the service at the table is complicated. With lack of information.
