I’d like to give a SHOUT OUT to CASA CRUZ Mexican Restaurant in Banning!! My wife and I went there for dinner yesterday evening.. the Server, Service, Cadillac Margaritas and Chili Verde Burrito (mine) and Chili Verde Enchiladas (wifes),, were EXCELLENT!! We’ve lived in Banning for 5 years and this was our First time here.. we were NOT Disappointed!! We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Burrito, Enchilada

On Thursday October 29th 2020 I place a call to Casa Cruz to get two plates when was enchilada plate chicken I only want one enchilada instead of 2 and the other plate was to beef enchiladas with a plate I got there I had two plates of enchiladas one was one enchilada one was two enchiladas when it should have been to beef enchilada I had to wait 15 minutes to get another order my mother's food got cold there was no comp there is no compensation they did not want to take any money off of the bill she quoted me $15.70 when I got there it was $17.20 I could not even get a free soda I was asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager I've been going to Casa Cruz for over 20 years I find this very unacceptable and the next time that I'm there I will probably need to speak to a manager or supervisor to make sure that this doesn't happen again. I anticipate your help with this matter going forward. Also the portions for very small no rice no beans it's like it was for a child and I'm an adult
