Titiana and Trick were absolutely phenomenal servers, constantly checking we were ok for drinks and generally made our directors night out an absolute treat! These two deserve a pay rise for sure! Attended a bottomless brunch Saturday evening which we had pre booked. Upgraded to include all drinks. And whilst the staff were all friendly there just wasn’t enough of them to make the brunches run smoothly. We were waiting 20 mins for drinks after them being ordered which just hasn’t happened at other establishments. I appreciate it’s a Saturday night however the increased price should cover the extra staff needed. It’s a bit poor that we pay more to attend at peak times, Saturday night, however receive a poorer service. Again can’t fault any of the staff as working in hospitality I know this comes down to the management and how much team is available. Shoutout to Tom M He did the best possible. Food was incredibly mid and came out cold. Just made people annoyed on what should have been a nice evening. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: £30–40
