I was at Casa Falaguasta and was embarrassed to meet friends there. I was coerced into participating in the rotation, even after informing twice that I would not participate due to my gluten restriction. Still, I was informed that if I didn't join the rotation, I would be forced to sit at a separate table. This practice, in addition to being embarrassing, constitutes non-compliance with the Consumer Protection Code, as it characterizes tying, which is prohibited by law. I made a complaint on the company's Instagram, but my comment was deleted. This raises an important question: is there transparency and honesty in the inputs and quality of what is served?
