We were very disappointed with our experience. We ordered two Carbonaras, but the pasta was clearly undercooked. It wasn’t al dente it was still hard and literally crunched when we bit into it. The waiter asked whether we enjoyed our meal, and we honestly told him that we didn’t. Unfortunately, he completely ignored our feedback and didn’t offer any solution, replacement, or apology. We ended up paying €55 for two Carbonaras and some bread, which is simply not acceptable considering both the quality of the food and the lack of customer service. Lovely dinner, with attentive service, excellent recommendations and local food offerings. Extensive local wine list and beyond. There are options to do tasting menus and ala carte.
