A local suggested Casa Mota to me. I asked around about pozole on a Tuesday morning. Sure enough, they had it here. And it was delicious! I normally make my own pozole and have ordered it a few times from a few different places but this pozole was the best yet. Every where else I’ve gotten it from, it was either too greasy or not enough meat, or too much fat on the meat. Casa Mota had the perfect pozole. And the staff were friendly! Just came for menudo and it was great, the meat was very tender and the flavor was good.
