We had a wonderful dinner experience at Casa Ramon! From the moment we walked in the door until we left, we enjoyed the lovely atmosphere and service we received. The staff is friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about the food and wine selections. The wine selection is decent. We chose Casa Ramon specifically for the paella, and it did not disappoint. We were told upfront that it would be made fresh, which requires 30 minutes. We had expected that, so we didn't mind the wait. And we enjoyed our salads and wine before the meal. The shared the paella and monkfish entrees, and both were delicious. If we return to Leiden one day, we definitely will visit Casa Ramon again!
