I was in Austin for work training and this place was close by the hotel I was staying at and very convenient to get to so wanted to give it a try. From what I gather it has been open for roughly 6 months. It's a very nice place and seems to have potential. The Shrimp Diablo was very good along with the drink I had. The service was a huge disappointment and seem to make no effort to give any type of customer service or make any interactions with customers but will give the benefit of the doubt she was having a bad day/night. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I had a great experience at Casa Tulum. The food was fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal. The service was also friendly and attentive.
