Tutto buonissimo!!!! I had a really great experience at this Italian restaurant. The food was genuinely delicious everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a nice meal. Overall, you can really feel the attention to detail both in the kitchen and in the service. Complimenti!! My group of friends and I were welcomed by Giovanni, who was absolutely fantastic — kind, professional, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. As Italians who have been living in the United States for more than 10 years, we can honestly say we have never eaten Italian food this good anywhere in the U.S. The spaghetti alle vongole were so incredible that even in Italy it’s hard to find them made this well. Casa Vera has officially become our go-to spot for group dinners and special nights out. Big compliments to Giovanni and Severino — keep up the amazing work! We recently visited this new restaurant and, while they’re still working through a few growing pains, we had a genuinely nice experience overall. We were seated in the spacious back room, which was comfortable but surprisingly a bit too loud given there were only two other groups dining at the time. Giovanni stood out right away—he greeted our group warmly and was attentive throughout the evening, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Most of the entrees were on point and well enjoyed. The Rigatoni alla Carbonara, in particular, was a hit at the table, and the appetizers were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the Spaghetti alle Vongole missed the mark—the pasta was overly salty to the point that it was difficult to eat. Despite that hiccup, the overall experience was positive. The staff was attentive, the atmosphere was lively, and the meal showed a lot of promise. With a bit more consistency, this spot could easily become a favorite.
