I had dinner at Casa del Barolo Enotavola Ristorante on the occasion of an event during which I worked. I was able to taste the best veal with tuna sauce ever, very velvety plans with butter and fondue, braised veal cooked at low temperature and glazed with its cooking juices, and a particular mention is obligatory for the super dessert, a hazelnut cake with velvety eggnog cream. Selection of wines above any reasonable standard. Service and courtesy among the best ever reserved.
